Domaine Michel Noellat

Savigny-Les-Beaune

An elegant village‐level Burgundy that combines fruit freshness, fine tannins and mineral tension

TASTING NOTE

Medium-bodied, with a supple entry and a fine tannic structure. The fruit carries through cleanly, showing red berry brightness, with a slightly chalky/mineral underpinning typical of the argillo-calcareous soils. A fresh acidity gives lift, while the oak remains discreet, varnishing the frame rather than dominating. The finish is persistent though not overly broad, ending on red fruit, a light hint of liquorice and perhaps a faint savoury undertone
